How to Upgrade on Mac
There are two ways to upgrade on macOS.
Upgrade from the Dashboard
If you are using the free version, you will see an Upgrade button in the left dashboard. Click this and you will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete your purchase.
Upgrade from Settings
You can also upgrade by going to: Willow Settings → Pricing
Choose a Monthly or Annual plan. The Annual plan includes a 20 percent discount.
If you have a promo code, you can enter it during checkout. After you finish the Stripe checkout, your Mac app will switch to Pro.
Managing Your Subscription on Mac
To manage your plan, go to: Willow Settings → Pricing -> Manage Billing
You can update payment information, view invoices, change your plan, or cancel.
All billing from Mac subscriptions is handled by Stripe.
How to Upgrade on iOS
Upgrading on iPhone is done through Apple’s purchase system.
Upgrade from the Profile Page
Open the Willow app on your iPhone
Go to your Profile
Tap Upgrade to Pro
Choose Monthly or Annual billing. Apple will handle the purchase on your device.
Redeeming a Promo Code on iOS
If you have a promo code, tap Redeem Coupon Code on the upgrade screen.
Enter your code and finish the Apple checkout flow.
Your Pro features activate as soon as the purchase is complete.
Managing Your Subscription on iOS
iOS subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings.
Go to: Settings → Your Name (the very top option) → Subscriptions
This is where you can update your payment method, switch plans, or cancel your subscription.
Apple handles all billing for iOS purchases.
Using Willow Pro on Multiple Devices
Willow is fully cross-platform. If you subscribe on one device, you can use Willow Pro on all of your devices.
You only need one subscription. To make sure your Pro status syncs, sign in with:
• The same email
• The same sign-in method (Google, Apple, or your chosen method)
If both match, your Pro access will carry over automatically between Mac and iOS.
