How a Subscription with Willow Works
Willow Pro is cross-platform. Even though billing happens in different places depending on the device, you only need one subscription.
Mac subscriptions use Stripe
iOS subscriptions use Apple's billing system
Once you upgrade on either platform, your Pro access becomes available everywhere as long as you sign in with the same account.
Step 1: Check Which Email You Used
Make sure you know which email your Willow account is tied to.
On Mac
Open Willow
Go to Settings
Go to Account
Look for your Account Email
This is the email you must use when signing in on your iPhone to access your Pro account.
On iOS
Open the Willow app
Tap your Profile
Tap Account
Check your Email Address
This should match your Mac login email exactly to access your Pro account.
Step 2: Sign In the Same Way on Both Devices
To sync your subscription:
Use the same email address
Use the same sign-in method (Google, Apple or email)
If you used Sign in with Apple on Mac, use Sign in with Apple on iOS. If you used Google on iOS, use Google on Mac. They must match for your Pro status to sync.
If You Still Don’t See Your Pro Subscription
If your Pro access is not showing up yet, try the steps below.
1. Refresh the app
Sometimes the app simply needs a restart.
On iOS:
Close Willow completely (swipe up)
Reopen the app
Make sure you are signed in with the correct email
On Mac:
Fully quit the Willow app
Reopen it
Confirm you are signed in with the same email as on iOS
2. Re-check your email and sign-in method
Make sure the email matches letter-for-letter. Also confirm that you used the same login method on both platforms.
3. Sign out and sign back in
On either device, signing out and back in often forces a full sync.
