Managing or Canceling Your Willow Subscription

The steps for managing or cancelling your subscription are different depending on whether you subscribed on Mac or iOS. Follow the guide below to find the right place for your account.

If You Subscribed on Mac

Mac purchases are handled by Stripe. You can cancel your plan, update your payment method, or view your billing history inside the Stripe customer portal.

How to Cancel Your Subscription on Mac

  1. Open the Willow app on your Mac

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Select Manage Billing

  4. Enter the email you used when you purchased your subscription

  5. This will open your secure Stripe customer portal

  6. Select Cancel Subscription and follow the steps to confirm

Your subscription will cancel at the end of your current billing period.


How to Manage Billing on Mac

Inside the same Stripe customer portal that you logged in above, you can:

Update your payment method

Click the Payment Method section.
You can add a new card, remove an old one, or switch your default payment method.

Change your billing information

You can update your billing name, billing address, and billing phone number.

View your invoices and billing history

You can see all past payments and download a PDF invoice for any charge.
You can also view payment details for each transaction. All billing updates on Mac are handled by Stripe.


If You Subscribed on iOS

iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Willow or Stripe. To cancel or adjust your subscription, use your Apple ID settings.

How to Cancel Your Subscription on iPhone

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone

  2. Tap your name at the top (your Apple ID section)

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Find Willow in your list

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

This page also lets you change your plan or see your renewal date.


How to View Billing Details on iOS

Apple gives you several ways to review your purchase and billing history.

Renewal receipts

Inside Subscriptions, you can turn on renewal receipt emails so Apple sends you a receipt automatically after every payment.

Purchase history

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Tap your name (your Apple ID section)

  3. Tap Media and Purchases

  4. Tap View Account

  5. Go to Purchase History

This shows all your previous Apple purchases, including older Willow receipts.

Manage payment methods

You can update payment methods for your Apple ID in the same menu.
These payment methods apply to all Apple services, including your Willow subscription if purchased on iOS.

All billing updates on iOS are handled directly by Apple.
