How to Manage Your Team Billing

You can manage all billing settings for your Team or Enterprise plan inside the Willow admin portal. Here’s how to update seats, payment methods, billing info, and view invoices.

Who Can Manage Billing

You must be a Team Owner or Team Manager to update any billing settings.
Members without these roles will not see billing options in the admin portal.


Updating Your Seat Count

You can add or remove seats anytime.

  1. Go to teams.willowvoice.com

  2. Sign in and open the Home section

  3. Click Manage Seats & Billing

  4. In the Stripe Billing Portal, select Update Subscription

  5. Adjust the number of seats

  6. Press Continue, then Confirm

You can also switch from monthly to yearly billing in the same place.


Updating Your Payment Method

To change or add a payment method:

  1. Go to teams.willowvoice.com

  2. Sign in and open the Home section

  3. Open Manage Seats & Billing

  4. In the Stripe Billing Portal, open the Payment Method section

  5. Add or remove a card

Changes take effect immediately.


Changing Your Billing Email

To update the email used for receipts and billing notifications:

  1. Go to teams.willowvoice.com

  2. Sign in and open the Home section

  3. Open the Billing Information section in Stripe

  4. Update your billing email, billing name, address, or phone number


Viewing Your Invoice History

All past invoices and receipts are stored in the Stripe Billing Portal.

  1. Go to teams.willowvoice.com

  2. Sign in and open the Home section

  3. Open Manage Seats & Billing

  4. Go to Invoice History

  5. View or download any invoice or receipt
